MicroInfinity provides inertial sensors, based on MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) technology,   for commercial and military applications. MicroInfinity's MEMS-based micro inertial sensors are   fabricated using surface micro machining technologies resulting in compactness and low power   consumption as well as reliability and stability. MicroInfinity has a plan for mass production of the micro I   nertial sensors by 2004. MicroInfinity plans future production of MEMS related technologies, such as the   following.
